Christa is CPR and First Aid certified, and every pet receives personalized attention, constant supervision, and compassionate care throughout their journey. We specialize in small, personalized transports, typically accommodating up to 2 pets per household and no more than two households per route; this is dependent upon the age and size of the pets. We never outsource transports—you will work directly with Christa and Vicki from pickup to delivery. For the safety of all animals, we require current vaccination records and any necessary paperwork for interstate travel. Puppies must be at least 8 weeks old, and their paws will never touch the ground during transport. We use transport-certified crates and never stack crates under any circumstances. Personal crates are not permitted for safety reasons. Crates are sanitized at every four-hour stop, fresh water is available at all times, and feeding schedules are maintained as needed. We limit driving shifts to between 12 and 14 hours for the well-being of the pets in our care, so overnight stops may be necessary on longer routes. To keep you informed, we provide Life360 live route tracking, group chats, regular updates, and photos. Vicki typically manages communication during transport, and both of our phones are always available with ringers on for owners, breeders, and recipients. I am a USDA certified carrier. I prefer to do single rides only unless the babies come from the same household. Or if they are different species as they don’t transfer sickness. We also like to do free roam with the babies, we feel crating the babies for long distances causes anxiety. We will crate if you specifically request it however our preference is cuddles over crates. We are a boyfriend girlfriend team, and occasionally my son rides along if we could use the extra help. So we can keep travel times to a minimum however if there are safety issues we will take a little bit longer (weather, anxiety, car sickness, or if the baby isn’t taking to travel to well) we will stop in a fur-baby friendly hotel. Your furry family members safety and comfort are our number one priority.

I mostly deal with breeders send home their new puppies or kittens. I mostly transport by ground but if you pet is small enough will fly them to you. We specialize in safely transporting brachycephalic breeds, but welcome all breeds and all sizes. We offer ground and in cabin transport. TRANSPORT & CARE For the safety and comfort of all passengers, we stop every 2–4 hours (or as needed) for: • Potty breaks • Exercise/stretching • Wellness and safety checks Pets secured in proper sized vehicle crates. We also provide regular trip updates: • Photos and videos • Location check-ins • ETA updates A small carry-on bag containing essentials: • Food • Documents • Blankets • Toys • Puppy, kitten etc kits. REQUIRED BEFORE TRANSPORT • Health certificate and/or vaccination records (see below for details)• Signed and dated statement from the breeder or owner confirming the animal appeared healthy prior to travel• Food for trips exceeding 2 hours IMPORTANT: Short-snouted (brachycephalic) breeds require a signed electronic waiver prior to pickup. If you do not have health certificates or vaccination records available, please contact us. In certain situations, transport may still be approved with a signed waiver acknowledging the animal’s vaccination/documentation status. All animals must appear healthy and fit for travel at the time of pickup. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the transport fee is required before pickup (or immediately for same-day bookings). Accepted payments: Visa • MasterCard • American Express • Discover • Zelle• Apple Pay • Gpay The remaining balance is due upon delivery. SCHEDULING & DELIVERY WINDOWS Due to weather, traffic, route conditions, and other scheduled deliveries, pickup and delivery times may vary within a 1–2 day window depending on travel distance. We prioritize communication and will keep you informed throughout the trip regarding ETAs and any unforeseen delays. INSURANCE COVERAGE In addition we carry private transport insurance. Coverage may include veterinary expenses, theft, escape, injury, or loss resulting from covered incidents such as: Vehicle accidents• Fire• Natural disasters• Other unforeseen circumstances during transport PUPPIES For puppies that are not yet fully vaccinated, we strictly enforce a “No Paws on the Ground” policy to help minimize exposure to illness and disease during transport. BOOKING PROCESS Pickup and delivery details will be finalized. Deposit information will be provided. Drivers will reach out the day before pickup with timeframes, trip details, and any additional information needed. Rolling with Rover provides updates throughout the transport process. CANCELLATION POLICY Because routes are planned in advance and drivers may already be traveling, the following cancellation fees apply: • 48–72 hours before pickup: $50 cancellation fee • 24–48 hours before pickup: $100 cancellation fee • Less than 24 hours before pickup: $100 or 50% of the agreed transport fee (whichever is greater).

Inspired by my life with Tigger, a handsome Chocolate Lab who was my loyal friend and companion for 16 years, I’ve spent my life helping animals and spreading hope. Tigger and I crossed the country together three times, and along the way, I saw firsthand how loving care, a sense of fun, and time spent outdoors can transform an animal’s quality of life. Those cross-country trips gave me a chance to do more than travel — over the years, I helped transport dogs facing euthanasia from California shelters to rescues in Las Vegas, giving them a second chance at the life they deserved. That work stayed with me, and it’s part of why I do what I do today. Along with this, I’ve spent the past decade running my own pet service business and doing animal search and rescue, which means I know how to read an animal’s stress signals, keep them calm, and keep them secure — no matter the situation.
