Create safe, accurate listings while protecting your privacy and helping transporters provide better quotes.
To protect your privacy, public listings should include only the pickup and delivery city and state.
Do not include:
- Street addresses
- Apartment numbers
- ZIP codes
- Phone numbers
- Email addresses
- Any other personally identifiable information in publicly visible listing fields.
Exact pickup and delivery addresses should only be shared after a transporter has been selected and both parties are moving forward with the booking.
Please provide accurate information about:
- Pet type
- Number of pets
- Pickup city and state
- Delivery city and state
- Pickup timeframe
- Special transportation requirements
Accurate listings help transporters provide better quotes.
To help protect users and third parties, CritterRoute may edit or remove street addresses or other personally identifiable information that is accidentally entered into publicly visible listing fields.
These edits are made solely to protect privacy and do not change the transportation request itself.
Communicate through CritterRoute whenever possible.
Review transporter profiles, verification status, and booking details before agreeing to transport.
